The Client:
We are partnering with a leading North American investment bank looking to hire an Analyst to join its Project Finance team, with a focus on energy and infrastructure. The team is involved in both lending and advisory mandates, supporting sponsors and corporates across a range of transactions including project financings and acquisitions, within the energy and infrastructure space. This is an opportunity to join a well-established platform with strong deal flow and gain exposure to a mix of execution and client-facing work.
About the Role:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for project finance transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors
- Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analysis on assets, sponsors, and counterparties
- Play an active role in both financing and advisory mandates, supporting deal structuring, pricing, and execution from initial screening through closing
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, credit materials, and internal approval documentation
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure, leveraged finance, or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Based in New York or willing to relocate
