About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end M365 modernization initiatives for enterprise and public sector clients. This is a client-facing role where you’ll design, implement, and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft 365 architecture and solution design across multiple engagements
- Design and implement SharePoint Online environments (information architecture, metadata, permissions, governance)
- Execute large-scale M365 migrations (500GB+ environments) using tools like ShareGate or Quest
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
- Conduct discovery sessions and gather client requirements
- Troubleshoot complex migration challenges (permissions, file structure, data cleanup)
- Validate migrations, reconcile data, and ensure successful delivery
- Present solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online architecture and migrations
- Experience with migration tools (ShareGate, Quest, or similar)
- Proven experience handling enterprise-level migrations
- Strong understanding of permissions, governance, and data structures
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with public sector or government clients
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, compliance)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID and identity management
- Microsoft certifications (M365, Security, or related)

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
