Position Summary
Carl Stahl Sava Industries, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute key digital marketing initiatives for a B2B manufacturing company specializing in mechanical cable assemblies, miniature cable, fittings, pulleys, and custom cable solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can manage website content, SEO, HubSpot, email campaigns, trade show marketing, internal communications, and sales enablement. The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales leadership, internal teams, and outside vendors to support lead generation, brand visibility, customer engagement, and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, & sales follow-up.
- Oversee HubSpot marketing tools, including contact lists, email campaigns, forms, workflows, reports, and CRM data quality.
- Maintain and improve website content, SEO performance, blog publishing, metadata, internal links, and calls to action.
- Monitor website health, technical SEO issues, analytics, and performance trends using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Write and edit technical marketing content, including blog posts, email copy, landing pages, sales materials, social media posts, and internal announcements.
- Support sales enablement through presentations, product materials, campaign assets, lead lists, and reporting.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for website support, hosting, print materials, trade show assets, promotional items, and creative production.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, presentation, and internal communication materials.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, content marketing, or CRM administration.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, website analytics, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Ability to create clear marketing content for technical, industrial, or B2B audiences.
- Experience managing email campaigns, contact lists, workflows, and campaign reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and recurring deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B manufacturing, industrial marketing, or technical product marketing.
- Experience with Magento or another website content management platform.
- Experience supporting trade shows, lead capture, and post-event marketing follow-up.
- Basic understanding of website performance, cybersecurity alerts, hosting platforms, and vendor escalation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
