GRJ is seeking a highly organized, creative, and driven Marketing Assistant to support marketing across the GRJ portfolio, working directly alongside our in-house marketing lead. This role offers hands-on experience across luxury real estate, hospitality, branding, and content creation.
GRJ is a vertically integrated real estate and hospitality company with investments and operations spanning multifamily, mixed-use, brokerage, and hospitality assets nationwide. This role supports marketing initiatives across the GRJ portfolio, with a primary focus on DALLIEN, our boutique New York City real estate brokerage headquartered on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.
You'll work beside our in-house marketing lead as a partner — owning campaigns, content, and brand strategy side by side across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across the GRJ portfolio
- Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and platform management
- Attend property tours, listing launches, events, and photo/video shoots
- Assist with content creation including photography, video, reels, and short-form content
- Support email marketing, website updates, and digital campaigns
- Coordinate vendors, photographers, creatives, and project timelines
- Help maintain marketing calendars and project management systems
- Assist with branding initiatives, presentations, and promotional materials
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting as needed

Requirements
- 2–3 years of marketing experience preferred
- Real estate, brokerage, or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Canva and design tools for branded content
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar website/CMS platforms
- Strong command of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels)
- Working knowledge of email marketing and scheduling tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
The Details
Immediate hire. $55,000 salary. NYC-based, five days a week on-site, with regular travel throughout the city. Real estate, brokerage, or hospitality experience is a plus — taste, creativity, initiative, and curiosity matter most.
