Digital Marketing Lead – Kismet Fine Rugs
Overview Kismet Fine Rugs is seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Lead to drive growth and manage our premium online presence. This is not a generalist role; we are looking for a specialist who understands the nuance of marketing high-dollar, unique inventory to a discerning clientele. You will be responsible for the full customer journey—from high-funnel brand awareness to bottom-funnel conversion—ensuring our digital storefront reflects the artistry and value of our collection.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Ad Management: Strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and PMax) and Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) focused on ROAS for high-ticket items.
- The Funnel: Crafting multi-touch campaigns that nurture interior designers and retail clients through the awareness, consideration, and conversion phases.
- Social Growth: Managing organic and paid presence across Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to build brand equity in the luxury design space.
Shopify & Inventory Strategy
- Inventory Management: Managing a large, fluid inventory of one-of-a-kind products on Shopify, ensuring SEO-optimized descriptions, high-quality visual assets, and accurate tagging.
- Website UX: Constantly improving the Shopify storefront to reduce friction and increase high-value inquiries and sales.
Sales & Relationship Marketing
- Email Marketing: Designing sophisticated email flows and newsletters for our wholesale and designer databases.
- Lead Nurturing: Using Salesforce to track lead quality and bridge the gap between digital marketing efforts and final sales.
Required Qualifications
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, specifically for e-commerce brands.
- Shopify Power User: Expert-level knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and managing large-scale, unique product catalogs.
- High-Ticket Experience: Deep understanding of the marketing funnel for luxury goods ($2k+ price points) where the sales cycle is longer and requires trust-building.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and pivot strategies based on performance metrics.
- Communication: Exceptional written skills with an eye for luxury brand voice and aesthetic.
Preferred Skills
- Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/InDesign) or Canva for high-end ad creative.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in interior design, textiles, or fine arts.
- CRM: Experience with Salesforce integration for marketing automation.
