We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in FX Trading and Trade Surveillance platforms such as OneTick and Actimize. This role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on technical skills, and solid understanding of front-office trading workflows and market abuse controls. Please share the resumes.
What You'll Do:
- Migration from Domestics WIRES
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on FX trading and RFQ workflows, bridging business needs with technical solutions.
- Work closely with surveillance, compliance, and technology teams to analyze, implement, and enhance trade surveillance controls (e.g., Spoofing, Layering, Frontrunning).
- Perform detailed data analysis using SQL and interpret results to support alert tuning, enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams working on time-series database platforms such as OneTick or KDB.
- Independently manage tasks, deliver high quality work on time, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide user stories, acceptance criteria, and support iterative delivery.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of FX trading products and workflows.
- In‑depth understanding of RFQ trading mechanisms.
- Solid knowledge of Trade Surveillance controls and market‑abuse patterns (Spoofing, Layering, Frontrunning, etc.).
- Hands‑on SQL expertise required.
- Experience working with time‑series databases (OneTick or KDB) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
