Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound and inbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales or growth career who wants hands-on experience prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting live sales conversations in a healthtech startup.
You’ll work closely with the Customer Success Manager to support:
- Sales pipeline management
- LinkedIn outbound campaigns
- Day-to-day execution across sales and customer success initiatives
This is a high-ownership, high-learning role with direct exposure to real customers, live deals, and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Prospecting
- Assist with maintaining and updating the sales pipeline (CRM hygiene, notes, statuses).
- Follow up on warm leads under guidance.
- Help qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Prepare account summaries ahead of calls.
- Inbound/Outbound Campaigns
- Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns (research, personalization, follow-ups).
- Identify and organize target accounts
- Track responses and engagement.
- Pipeline & CRM
- Maintain accurate CRM records (notes, statuses, follow-ups).
- Keep pipeline data clean and up to date.
- Prepare account summaries ahead of sales calls.
- Customer Success Support
- Assist with sales enablement and onboarding preparation (account setup checks, templates).
- Support internal reporting and dashboards.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with tools like CRMs, Google Sheets, Slack, LinkedIn.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to test, learn, and iterate.
- Ability to work independently with clear direction.
- Interest in sales, customer success, SaaS, or healthtech.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales, SDR, customer success, or operations.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outbound or CRM tools.
- Interest in AI, automation, or healthcare technology.
- Background or interest in mental health or healthcare systems.
