Our client is seeking a Packaging Designer to join their innovative team. As a Packaging Designer, you will be part of the Development and Packaging team supporting the UX Design Lab. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a passion for sustainable design, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design innovative and aesthetically pleasing packaging solutions that enhance consumer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and product development to ensure design feasibility
- Stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities for packaging innovation and sustainability
- Lead and participate in Design Thinking workshops and co-creation sessions with consumers
- Create prototypes and work closely with suppliers to explore new materials and technologies
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in packaging design, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Strong creative skills with an understanding of brand DNA and consumer preferences
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-responsible manufacturing processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and external partners
- Experience with rapid prototyping and supplier relationship management
