Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Proactively identify and source new investment opportunities
🤝 Build lasting relationships with growth-stage companies, executives and investors in the tech industry
📈 Manage our deal pipeline and CRM
🔍 Drive diligence, including business and industry analysis, competitive landscape, financial modeling and investment memos
📚 Monitor and support our current portfolio companies
💡 Contribute to internal projects that improve our sourcing engine, data, and processes
Minimum Qualifications:
⏳ 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity or venture capital
🔢 Strong grasp of accounting and finance; comfort modeling company financials and performing valuation analysis
🧠 Quick learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
🏙️ Based in Baltimore or willing to relocate and authorized to work in the U.S.
