Part-Time Finance Advisor / CFO-Level Support

Pay: $40–$45/hour + Performance-Based Monthly Bonus
About Us
Home Offer 365 is a growing multi-state real estate investment company specializing in wholesale, fix-and-flip, and rental properties. We currently close ~15 deals per month across 10 states and are continuing to scale.
In addition to our core business, we operate four additional companies along with multiple entities and partnerships, creating a dynamic and fast-moving financial environment.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to help bring clarity, structure, and strategic oversight across all operations.
Role Overview
As our Finance Advisor, you will play a key role in strengthening financial visibility and supporting smarter decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Review and organize financial records
- Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and reports
- Provide clarity on cash flow and overall profitability
- Advise on deal-level financials (flip vs. buy-and-hold)
- Build dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Track and analyze:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Overall cost of operations
- Evaluate lead quality and conversion performance
- Identify which marketing channels and ads are performing best
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and ROI across the business
Qualifications
- Strong background in finance, accounting, or CFO-level strategy
- Experience with real estate investments preferred
- Experience tracking KPIs, marketing performance, and business metrics
- Comfortable working with multi-entity financials and cash flow
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy (spreadsheets, accounting software, CRMs)
