Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale our inbound and outbound pipeline engine. This position is focused on executing a strategic, multi-channel outbound approach to engage target accounts and generate qualified sales opportunities.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to drive meaningful pipeline creation, not just activity metrics. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on growth by helping build the foundation of our go-to-market motion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue pipeline by scheduling introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers.
- Research, identify, and engage prospective accounts through strategic outbound outreach, including phone, email, and social campaigns.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by analyzing prospect needs, business context, and buying intent.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels to initiate and nurture conversations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by taking initiative, testing new approaches, and sharing learnings to improve team performance.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline reporting within CRM and sales engagement tools.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in any capacity is preferred.
- Strong interest in technology and software sales.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external prospects.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment with rapid change and evolving processes.
- Resourceful, results-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative and coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data providers (Clay & ZoomInfo), and sales engagement tools is a plus.
