Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Asset Management Analyst role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Asset Management Analyst will oversee the management of real estate assets, monitor performance metrics, and assist in making data-driven investment decisions. Responsibilities include analyzing property financials, liaising with stakeholders, and preparing detailed reports. The position involves supporting the asset management team with strategic initiatives to optimize asset performance and maximize returns.

Qualifications
- Experience in Asset Management and Investments
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Understanding of real estate markets and industry trends is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel, financial tools, and asset management platforms
Core responsibilities
- Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis for both stabilized and development assets
- Assist in the preparation of lender reporting packages
- Support investor reporting and distributions
- Maintain organized and up-to-date data rooms for each asset
- Monitor asset-level KPIs and flag risks early, including:
- Legal and third parties (e.g., offering plans, access agreements)
- Leasing downtime
- Budget variances
- Track underwriting vs. actual performance across investments
- General administrative duties and assistance for the department and company.
