Municipal Water/Wastewater PM – Leadership Opportunity (PE Preferred)
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year + performance bonus

SESI is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our civil engineering consulting team in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This is an on-site position supporting the planning, design, permitting, and construction of municipal water supply, water treatment, sanitary sewer, and wastewater systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design water distribution, pumping, and treatment systems
- Design sanitary sewer collection, pumping, and wastewater treatment facilities
- Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies
- Perform process and hydraulic calculations for equipment sizing and selection
- Conduct hydraulic modeling for water and wastewater systems
- Prepare feasibility studies, engineering evaluations, and technical reports
- Develop contract drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates
- Provide construction-phase engineering services, including:
- Contractor submittal reviews
- RFIs and pay request processing
- Job conferences and field coordination
- Oversee construction and installation of water/wastewater facilities
- Prepare user rate and tapping fee studies
- Assist with proposal development, project scope, and fee preparation
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)
- PE license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in water and wastewater facility design and/or construction
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency with CAD and hydraulic modeling software
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred (but not required):
- Municipal consulting experience
- Familiarity with PADEP permitting processes
- Interest in mentoring and future leadership responsibilities
