The Role
As a Creative Partner Lead, you’ll be at the heart of how we show up for our clients.
You’ll be their go-to partner, someone they trust to guide creative decisions, connect ideas across teams, and turn strategy into high-performing content. You’ll work closely with our internal creative team and creator network, shaping cross-channel strategies that are both thoughtful and results-driven.
This isn’t a traditional account management role. You’ll be hands-on with ideas, testing, and performance. From the first onboarding conversation to ongoing iterations, you’ll own the full creative journey — always looking for what’s next and how to make it better.
If you come from a performance mindset, even better. You don’t need to be a platform expert, but you should feel comfortable reading signals, spotting patterns, and turning insights into clear creative direction.
What You’ll Own
You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with your clients — becoming a trusted partner from day one. That means deeply understanding their brand, goals, audiences, and channels, and translating all of that into a clear creative direction.
You’ll lead regular check-ins, performance conversations, and strategy sessions, making sure insights are easy to understand and actionable. Beyond that, you’ll stay one step ahead — identifying opportunities, anticipating needs, and bringing ideas proactively.
Above all, you’ll create a client experience where people feel heard, supported, and excited to build with us.
You’ll shape and continuously evolve each client’s creative strategy, making sure it aligns with both brand identity and performance goals.
A big part of your role will be building a strong testing culture — defining hypotheses, setting up clean experiments, learning quickly, and feeding those insights back into the next iteration.
You’ll stay close to what’s working in the market, breaking down top-performing creatives and translating those learnings into clear, actionable briefs. From storyboards to platform adaptations, you’ll help ensure every piece of content feels native, relevant, and effective.
You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Specialists, our internal production team, and creators to bring ideas to life.
This means creating clear briefs, organizing priorities, and supporting the process from kickoff to final delivery. You’ll guide feedback loops, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep everything moving smoothly.
You’ll also play a key role in identifying the right creators for each project — people who genuinely align with the brand and can bring ideas to life in an authentic way.
You’ll use data as a tool to guide creativity — not just to report on results, but to shape what comes next.
You’ll build performance narratives that go beyond numbers, helping clients understand what worked, why it worked, and how we should evolve. You’ll also help design testing frameworks that balance speed with structure, enabling fast learning without losing clarity.
Your goal: connect creative decisions directly to business impact.
