We’re looking for a Head of Floral & Design to lead, inspire, and elevate our floral and design division as we continue to grow into a true one-stop event partner, food, beverage, floral, and design all under one roof.

What You’ll Own
This role is more than flowers. It’s about shaping the full visual experience.
Floral & Design Leadership
- Lead the creative direction for all floral and event design across weddings, corporate, and social events
- Bring client visions to life through elevated, cohesive, and memorable designs
- Stay ahead of trends while maintaining RMC’s signature style: refined, approachable, and impactful
Team Development
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing floral/design team
- Create structure, systems, and standards that scale with growth
- Inspire creativity while holding the team accountable to execution and quality
Execution & Operations
- Oversee floral production, installs, flips, and breakdowns across multiple events
- Collaborate closely with sales, culinary, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage inventory, rentals, and floral sourcing with efficiency and cost awareness
Client Experience
- Support sales with design consultations and creative proposals
- Translate ideas into clear plans, visuals, and execution strategies
- Be a trusted expert clients feel confident saying “take care of it all” to
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in floral design, event design, or related field
- Leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong design eye with the ability to execute at a high level, consistently
- Ability to balance creativity with organization and operational execution
- Comfortable working in a seasonal, high-volume event environment
- A collaborative mindset, you know great events are built as a team
