Key Responsibilities:
- Support sell-side M&A transactions from origination through to completion.
- Conduct valuation analysis and sector research across live client mandates.
- Own financial modelling across DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience; FIG or Fintech
- Must hold a Series 79
- Credible closes on your record
There will be a clear upstream progression tied to your results.
