Position: Program Manager
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $155,000–$165,000/year
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in an engineering services or product development environment and at least 5 years of project management experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required; graduate degree preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
HB Staffing is seeking a Program Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Own program financials including budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
- Lead product development programs from concept through release using structured processes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones and objectives.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communications.
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain program scope, cost, and schedule.
- Prepare and present program performance reports to leadership.
Position Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and product development processes.
- Experience with project management and planning tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel functions.
- Experience working in regulated quality environments.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
