Job Summary
Re-Bath is the nation’s largest complete bathroom remodeler, we design complete bathroom remodels, tub and shower updates, and help with aging and accessibility solutions for our customers. Join our dynamic team as an In-Home Sales/Design Consultant, where you'll play a vital role in transforming customer spaces through personalized design solutions and expert sales guidance. We will train you to sell design and remodeling services to our customers and only put you in front of qualified appointments. You will not be working over the phone, setting appointments or cold calling. You will be in front of our customers, design consulting and selling our services to qualified leads. You will be responsible for learning and implementing the Re-Bath sales system including meeting with customers, determining their needs, presenting our products, overcoming objections and closing on the sale. . Duties
- Prepare and present in-home and off-site sales. Make a connection with our customers, review their needs, assist with product/design selections, make recommendations, establish a contract and close the sale
- Conduct thorough job site measuring, take photos, and calculate the cost of the project.
- Review job quote with customer, address potential obstacles to contract and collect/prepare necessary documentation/contract/down payment.
- Prepare sold job folder.
- Participate in local, regional and corporate sales and product trainings and seminars in person, online and through various content delivery resources.
- Attend local trade shows, home events and additional lead-generating opportunities as requested.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Achieve company objective in sales, lead conversions, customer service and production.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Home improvement related sales experience preferred
- Attention to detail, highly organized and strong work ethics.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
