Haven Design and Build is seeking a motivated Junior Designer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career architectural or design professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience in high-end residential design.
In this role, you will support our design team with drafting, design development, and project documentation using tools such as AutoCAD. You will work closely with experienced designers and project managers, while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of residential design-build projects—from concept development through construction.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, technically curious, and excited to grow within a collaborative design-build environment.
Compensation: $32 - $36 hourly
