Group Details
Tradeweb is looking to add a self-motivated junior sales person to their Buyside Sales team to help expand business across multiple fixed income products with our institutional client base. A successful candidate will possess the right blend of experience, desire to learn, and personality to drive the growth of the Institutional business.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales team members in servicing their accounts. This includes reporting and analysis, onboarding on accounts, trainings for users, creating presentations and helping monitor key client requests.
- Drive the growth of the Institutional Fixed Income business, by prospecting and acquiring key customers, driving revenue building market share, and enhancing the reputation of the brand.
- Communicate effectively with internal groups to drive consensus on business direction, seek input and share knowledge to ensure a cohesive sales and product development strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a broad range of external stakeholders on the buy-side who should be contacted/visited on a frequent basis.
- Partner with buy-side to understand needs, bring feedback to the product development team and facilitate the partnership between Tradeweb and customer to maximize product usage with existing customers as well as prospect new customers.
- Cement Tradeweb’s position as a Fixed Income market leader by demonstrating a deep understanding of the competitive environment and the key points of product differentiation.
- Monitor competitors’ products, sales and marketing activities.
- Assist in proper client on-boarding and platform training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree completed or relative work experience required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Extremely comfortable with technology

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $75,000 to $150,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
