We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Burbank, California. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for managing client relationships, overseeing experiential projects, and contributing to business growth across diverse industries. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions that elevate physical and experiential activations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal sales, project management, and engineering teams to execute high-quality activations.
• Oversee the planning and execution of experiential events and physical builds, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to diversify and expand business into new business sectors, across various organizations, hospitality, and trade events.
• Develop cost-effective solutions for clients, balancing budget constraints and creative objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials for physical builds, ensuring quality and feasibility.
• Lead efforts to innovate and enhance experiential marketing strategies.
• Provide guidance on material selection and engineering processes to optimize project outcomes.
• Contribute to the growth of new categories and markets by leveraging industry insights and client needs.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Proven experience in account management, with a focus on client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of experiential marketing and physical activations.
• Ability to manage complex projects, including budget planning and timeline coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Familiarity with material sourcing and engineering processes for physical builds.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in diverse industries.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience with trade shows, hospitality events, or similar activations is a plus.
