We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead design execution across our e-commerce platform. This role blends both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, focusing on understanding user needs, developing user journeys, and delivering thoughtful, on-brand digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and user-centered design approach.
This role is based in our New York headquarters and requires in-office presence five days per week.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and creation of new site pages and modules, including wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop a UX roadmap to identify user experience and conversion optimization opportunities; propose scalable solutions.
- Design and execute A/B tests to drive performance improvements.
- Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Leverage creative assets to design site components aligned with brand and e-commerce objectives.
- Plan and conduct usability testing; iterate based on user feedback.
- Analyze site and consumer data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, brand, and marketing teams.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and processes for consistency.
- Evaluate the customer journey to identify opportunities for improvement and conversion.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign concepts.
- Maintain e-commerce design guidelines and component libraries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of user-centered work.
- Expertise in designing for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Experience interpreting A/B testing, conversion metrics, heatmaps, and user behavior data.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Shopify Plus preferred.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Experience with animation or motion design is a bonus.

Compensation
Salary (New York only): Up to $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional compensation may include bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
This range represents the good-faith estimate of the pay the employer reasonably expects to offer upon hire, based on the role’s responsibilities, required experience, location, and internal equity.
This position may be eligible for employee discounts, commission, and discretionary performance-based bonuses and participation in applicable incentive programs. The role also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and other employee benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.
Equity awards, profit sharing, or other forms of non-cash compensation are not included in the posted pay range and, where applicable, will be discussed during the interview or offer process.
