Make+ Design Studio is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves developing and designing visual content across various media, including layouts and graphics for advertising, social media, and new business presentation decks. Your skills will be essential in delivering exceptional designs that effectively communicate our ideas and showcase our capabilities.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality branding, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and the new business team to align designs with client goals, objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Apply client brand guidelines consistently to new designs and layouts.
- Produce final mechanicals for advertising assets (social, banners, digital, and print).
- Revise, resize, and refine assets based on stakeholder feedback, adjusting both design and content as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology, expanding skills in motion graphics, animation, and illustration design for multimedia projects.
About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, ad agency, or related fields.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and technical ability.
- Keen eye for detail and proficiency in applying visual style guides across diverse assets.
- Expertise in typography, color theory, design methods, and overall presentation aesthetics.
- Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides. Retouching, animation, and other creative platforms are a plus.
- Excellent professionalism, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to review designs for errors and ensure assets are correctly prepared for final output (print or digital).
