Job Summary
Responsible for delivering an enterprise class NetApp software product. Software Engineer Intern thrives as part of a high-performance team tasked with finding creative solutions to the most profound data challenges customers face. Wielding cutting-edge technologies, you help create new products and services that bring NetApp’s data fabric to every application, anywhere.
- Work with the Senior Engineers of team to deliver resilient, robust, and durable tiering solutions
- Enhance and broaden ONTAP Tiering solution’s connection with cloud tiers—including S3-compatible object interfaces and additional protocols.
- Explore techniques for identifying data access patterns to create predictive tiering solutions that improve both cost efficiency and performance.
- Improve Unit test coverage for the identified areas.
Job Requirements
- Skills required: OS fundamentals, C / C++, Object Storage, Cloud interface, etc.
Education
Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.
