Job Title: Electrical License Administrator (Washington)
Location: Vancouver, WA
Compensation: $3,000 per month guaranteed + additional pay when projects are available
Type: Part-Time / Contract (W-2 option available)
About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Electrical Administrator in Washington State to help our company obtain and maintain an Electrical Contractor License and provide administrative supervision as required by state regulations.
This role offers a guaranteed monthly payment even if there is no active electrical work, with additional compensation available when projects arise. This is a flexible, low-time-commitment position with long-term cooperation potential.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Electrical Administrator for the company
- Allow the company to obtain and maintain a Washington Electrical Contractor License
- Provide administrative supervision in accordance with Washington State requirements
- Assist with compliance, permits, and inspections when needed
- Be available for occasional consultations related to electrical work
- Help ensure licensing and regulatory compliance
Compensation
- Guaranteed $3,000 per month (even if no projects are active)
- Additional compensation for:
- Project involvement
- Site visits (if required)
- Estimating or consulting (if requested)

Requirements
- Active Washington Electrical Administrator license
- Knowledge of Washington L&I requirements
- Understanding of permitting and inspection processes
- Reliable and responsive communication
- Willingness to act as the company’s Electrical Administrator

- Residential electrical experience
- HVAC-related electrical experience
- Estimating or consulting experience
