- About Energy4Life
Energy4Life is a physics-first health technology company that is a pioneering force in bioenergetics, bio-informational wellness, and mind-body health. Our mission is to restore human health by measuring, managing, and mastering energy & emotions.
We have a 20-year foundation of research, patents, and the world's largest bioenergetic practitioner network. We combine cutting-edge technology with multimedia education, including internationally acclaimed films, online courses, and a vibrant social network—all designed to support a purpose-filled life.
We are scaling intentionally, launching new products, expanding B2B and B2C channels, and building a world-class team to match our world-changing technology.
The Opportunity
This role didn't exist two years ago. It barely exists now. You will be one of the first people on Earth to hold a position like this — and you'll define what it becomes.
You are the person who takes OpenClaw and turns it into the operational AI backbone of an entire company. Not a chatbot. Not an assistant. An engine — one that generates content, produces leads, automates sales workflows, manages organizational knowledge, and becomes part of the flywheel that grows a physics-first healthcare company faster than any traditional team could.
You will build the AI systems that the Growth Hacker runs. You will build the AI infrastructure that keeps the whole team organized, aligned, and moving fast. You will be the person who figures out how to make OpenClaw do things nobody else has made it do yet — and you'll have the freedom to experiment, break things, and ship what works.
Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonuses. Equity unlocked in Year 2 for exceptional performers.
Performance Standard: Exceptional or not retained.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Required)
What You Will Own
1. OpenClaw as the Company's AI Backbone
You will take OpenClaw and build it into the operational AI infrastructure of Physics First Labs — far beyond a personal assistant. This means:
- Content engine: Automated content generation pipelines that produce physics-first educational content, social media, email sequences, and marketing assets — with the founder's voice and the company's science embedded in every output
- Organizational brain: A system that stores and surfaces the company's knowledge — methodology, product specs, clinical protocols, brand guidelines — so every team member and every AI agent operates from the same source of truth
- Lead generation: AI workflows that identify, qualify, and nurture prospects across consumer and practitioner channels
- Sales automation: Systems that support sales conversations, surface the right content at the right moment, and move leads through the pipeline with minimal manual intervention
- Team coordination: AI that keeps the organization on track — task management, progress tracking, and transparency across a fast-moving team
2. Technical Infrastructure
You're not just configuring tools. You're building infrastructure.
- Set up and manage OpenClaw instances with optimized memory, context management, and skill configurations
- Route tasks across AI models for token optimization — knowing when to use frontier models vs. local models for cost and speed
- Deploy and manage local models (Ollama, open-source LLMs) for tasks that don't need cloud APIs
- Write custom skills and automations in Python/JS that extend OpenClaw's capabilities for the company's specific needs
- Build webhook integrations, cron jobs, and automated pipelines that run 24/7
- Architect systems that scale — what works for a team of 8 needs to work for a team of 30
3. Growth Flywheel Integration
The AI infrastructure you build is not separate from the product. It is part of the flywheel.
- Content you generate feeds THE FIELD app's educational layer and drives consumer awareness
- Leads you generate flow into the practitioner network and the consumer funnel
- Data from the growth engine informs product decisions and marketing strategy
- The systems you build make the Growth Hacker 10x more effective — and make the founder's content reach exponentially more people
4. Experimentation & Continuous Improvement
This space is moving at light speed. Your job is to stay at the frontier.
- Continuously experiment with new skills, integrations, and automation patterns
- Attend hackathons, engage with the OpenClaw community, and bring back ideas that create a competitive edge
- Propose and test new ways AI can accelerate growth across content, sales, and operations
- Measure what works, kill what doesn't, and scale what proves itself
Who You Are
Essential Qualities
- You build things constantly — side projects, hackathon entries, automations, tools nobody asked you to make
- You are already deep in OpenClaw or equivalent AI agent tooling — not because someone told you to be, but because you couldn't help yourself
- You have used AI to produce real commercial results — saved time, generated revenue, automated something that used to take a team
- You can code, deploy, and maintain real systems — not just prompt
- You want to be the person who builds the AI engine of an entire company, not just a user of AI tools
- You get excited by the idea that the future of growth is AI-native, and you want to be one of the first people to prove it
This role is not for someone who:
- Treats AI as a hobby rather than a craft
- Can prompt but can't code
- Needs someone to tell them what to build
- Wants a traditional engineering role with traditional scope
- Is uncomfortable working at the intersection of technology and marketing
- Needs a finished product to work with rather than building one themselves
Experience & Qualifications
Required
- Real, demonstrable experience with OpenClaw or equivalent AI agent frameworks — not familiarity, but depth
- Coding ability in Python and/or JavaScript: scripts, integrations, server setup, debugging
- Ability to deploy to a VPS or local server, set up services, manage processes, and keep systems running
- Experience connecting systems together via webhooks, REST APIs, and data pipelines
- Understanding of AI model tradeoffs — frontier vs. local models, token cost architecture, when to use each
- Proof of work: commercial results produced through AI (revenue, leads, time saved, costs cut)
Highly Desired
- Hackathon entries, side projects, or obsessive explorations that demonstrate builder energy
- Experience with local model deployment (Ollama, open-source LLMs)
- Familiarity with growth hacking fundamentals — content, lead generation, sales automation
- Interest in bioenergetics, health technology, or physics-first science
- Comfort learning the physics-first methodology deeply enough to train AI systems that produce credible, science-backed content
To Apply
We only care about what you have actually built. Show us:
- OpenClaw skills, automations, or systems you've created
- Projects where you used AI to produce commercial results
- Code you've written — scripts, integrations, tools, side projects
- Hackathon entries or side projects that demonstrate obsessive building energy
We don't care about your degree, your age, or your résumé polish. We care about proof of work.
