Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Retention, Sales, and Marketing Manager to lead our student engagement and enrollment initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset combined with a passion for education and marketing, aiming to enhance student retention rates while driving sales growth. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee sales activities, and foster strong relationships with prospective and current students. Duties
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, print advertising, and digital platforms to attract prospective students and retain current ones.
- Utilize SEO techniques and content marketing strategies to improve online visibility and engagement through platforms such as WordPress and Google Analytics.
- Manage advertising sales efforts by developing compelling proposals and maintaining relationships with external partners to maximize outreach.
- Oversee social media marketing initiatives on platforms like Facebook Advertising to promote programs, events, and success stories effectively.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline communication workflows, nurture leads, and enhance the overall student experience.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to inform strategic planning and campaign adjustments.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with program offerings, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google AdWords and performance marketing metrics; adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related fields with a focus on education or B2B (business-to-business) environments.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and advertising sales techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation; familiarity with HTML is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools.
- Ability to develop compelling copywriting for diverse audiences across various formats including print and digital media.
- Demonstrated skills in research, data analysis, budgeting, and performance measurement to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments while maintaining a targeted approach toward student engagement strategies.

Pay: $45,216.70 - $54,454.52 per year
