What You’ll Own
- Structure, present, and close finance and lease deals at a high level
- Maximize backend gross through effective menu selling
- Build trust with customers while maintaining strong profitability
- Secure approvals through a wide network of lenders
- Ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and funded quickly
- Maintain total control and accuracy of deal paperwork
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience from turnover to funding

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of high-performing automotive F&I experience
- Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration
- Deep understanding of lenders, structuring, and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
Schedule
- Monday–Saturday off a day (rotating schedule)
