Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, helping them navigate financial planning, insurance, retirement, and investment strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and develop customized solutions based on client goals.
- Grow a client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and market trends.
- Mentor and guide junior financial professionals (upon entering management track).
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics required for management track consideration.
- Participate in professional development and leadership training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
- Demonstrated success in sales, finance, management, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
- Prior leadership experience or clear leadership potential.
- Life and Health Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- Series 6/7 and 63/66 FINRA registrations (or willingness to obtain).
