We are seeking a top-tier NetSuite Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of building scalable ERP solutions that empower teams across the company.
This is an onsite, high-impact role working directly with the Director of IT and business leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR.
About The Role
The NetSuite Developer owns the configuration, development, optimization, and ongoing performance of MRCOOL’s NetSuite ERP ecosystem.
You will design scalable solutions, automate workflows, integrate key business systems, and ensure NetSuite delivers accurate data, streamlined operations, and clear reporting for a rapidly growing organization.
This role requires a hands-on NetSuite expert and strong team player who can translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, develop, and optimize the NetSuite ERP and NSAW environments
- Design and implement SuiteScripts, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (Akeneo, Boomi, HubSpot, Logicbroker, SPS Commerce, Zapier, etc.)
- Partner with Finance to support month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness
- Improve data quality, automation, and operational workflows
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage updates, releases, and sandbox testing
- Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
- Support and train internal teams to maximize system adoption and efficiency
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize ERP performance and business processes
Required Experience
- 8+ years of NetSuite and NSAW development and administration experience
- Deep experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBilling
- Strong expertise with NetSuite roles, permissions, custom records, workflows, automation, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Proven experience integrating NetSuite with external systems and middleware
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and data transformation
- Experience with Oracle databases and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AR/AP, procurement, revenue recognition)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field
