We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team in the Tampa Bay area. This role is ideal for a current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multi-brand organization. The Marketing Intern will support a variety of initiatives including digital content creation, campaign execution, and event planning while helping maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content across multiple platforms
- Assist with website content updates, blog posts, and overall digital content management
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, including on-site support and post-event follow-up
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including research, content creation, and performance tracking
- Monitor and assess marketing performance analytics to generate insights and recommendations for campaign refinement
- Research current market landscape, including competitors, trends, and audience behavior, to support strategic planning
- Help ensure brand integrity and consistency across all marketing materials and communications within a multi-brand organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
- Based in or able to commute to the Tampa Bay area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media management or content creation (personal or academic projects acceptable)
- Basic understanding of WYSIWIG website content management systems
- Interest in event planning and brand marketing
