Mungo Homes has a new opening for a Marketing Coordinator on our Coastal Region team!
This position is based out of the Charleston, SC office and is primarily responsible for supporting marketing efforts across the Coastal Region, including Wilmington, NC, Myrtle Beach, SC, Charleston, SC, and Savannah, GA. This role
requires collaboration with regional teams and may involve travel to these locations and other areas within the region as needed to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)
- Complete requests for marketing support from New Home Advisors and Sales Leaders on Basecamp (internet-based project tracking software).
- Maintain market home inventory on the website and assist with other website updates.
- Coordinate professional photography of communities, market homes and amenities.
- Coordinate with signage vendors to ensure timely production and installation of signage for communities, models, and events. Facilitate requests made by Sales leaders including off-site signs, model signage and directionals.
- Plan, attend, and support community events and New Home Advisor led activities.
- Create and manage promotional flyers and collateral for New Home Advisors.
- Organize, manage and order inventory of branded promotional items.
- Assist Marketing Manager with essential marketing duties, as needed.
- Attend meetings in each of the markets periodically.
- Assist with obtaining social media content and video production as needed.
- Escalate projects to shared services and act as a liaison between local markets and shared services marketing team.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Building industry experience a plus.
