CDL A Delivery Driver (Manual Transmission) – Home Daily
We are hiring a Class A Delivery Driver with manual transmission experience for a local, home-daily position. Drivers make deliveries to customer job sites, load and unload product, operate a forklift, and assist with warehouse support as needed.
This role is ideal for drivers looking for consistent weekday work, physical activity, and long-term stability with a well-established distribution company.
Pay
- $25 per hour
- Overtime available
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM start
- Home daily
- Occasional short Saturday shifts if needed
Qualifications (Required & Preferred):
Required
- Valid CDL Class A
- Manual transmission experience (REQUIRED)
- Forklift experience (REQUIRED)
- Flatbed
- Must be 21+ years old
- Clean MVR/PSP (no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must pass background check & pre-employment drug test
Preferred / Plus
- 1–2 years of CDL Class A delivery driving
- Moffett / Skelly / Air Brake experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- Comfortable with warehouse, yard, and general housekeeping work
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A manual transmission trucks
- Make local deliveries using efficient routes
- Load/unload product and secure freight properly
- Complete pre-trip & post-trip inspections
- Maintain DOT & FMCSA compliance
- Keep vehicle clean and presentable
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork
- Assist with warehouse and yard duties as needed
