Marketing Assistant to $75K - Hands-On Role!
Our client, a well-established real estate organization, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support daily marketing initiatives and onsite activation. In this role, you'll help execute social media efforts, coordinate events and promotions, and support communication across stakeholders and teams. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of marketing experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in consumer-facing environments.

- Responsibilities include supporting marketing initiatives across social media, signage, events, and promotional programs; coordinating with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns and share updates; assisting with planning and onsite execution of events, sponsorships, and promotions; helping manage marketing materials and collateral throughout campaign lifecycles; tracking engagement metrics, compiling reports, and supporting surveys or recaps; monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing efforts; and providing general administrative and project support to the marketing team.
- The ideal candidate possesses at least 1 year of marketing experience, ideally in retail, consumer, hospitality, or similar environments; familiarity with major social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools; strong written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities; comfort collaborating with a variety of stakeholders; and flexibility to support occasional evenings or weekends.
