Peach & Lily is seeking a Social Media Intern to help shape the brand's presence across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You'll be an integral part of the team, contributing to everything from day-to-day community management to content creation and campaign execution– with hands-on experience in one of the most exciting corners of the beauty industry. What You'll Do:
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and tags across TikTok and Instagram daily — responding in brand voice, flagging key moments, and keeping the community feeling seen
- Content Creation: Support the creation of on-brand social content including TikTok videos, Reels, carousels, and Stories — from concepting to filming to editing
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across platforms, pull weekly metrics, and help identify what's working and what isn't — with a POV on why
- Creator & Influencer Send Outs: Assist with coordinating creator gifting, packing and shipping product, managing tracking, and following up on content
- On-Set Support: Be present at content shoots, help with set logistics, product handling, and anything else needed to keep the day running smoothly
- Trend Monitoring: Keep a close eye on trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments — and bring ideas to the team in real time
- General Social Support: Assist with caption writing, scheduling, and maintaining an organized content calendar
- Contribute ideas and take on responsibilities that directly impact the brand's success
About You:
- You live on TikTok and Instagram and have a genuine instinct for what performs
- You are a content creator. You know how to edit with CapCut and have a desire to grow this skillset
- Strong written communication skills — you understand brand voice and can write a caption that doesn't sound like a brand
- Proactive, detail-oriented, positive-minded, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and a comfort with numbers
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable with basic video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry
Requirements:
- Based in NYC
- Ability to commit to a 3–6 month internship (full-time role post-internship NOT guaranteed)
- Available 4 days a week in-person at our NYC office

Compensation:
- $17 per hour
