Title: Marketing Ops Coordinator

About the role:
We are seeking a Marketing Ops Coordinator to support hands-on, tactical execution across key event marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in NYC, a 3-month contract, and pays $30/hr. This consulting opportunity is focused on day-to-day delivery and execution in a fast-paced, sports-driven environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities
Content, Copy & Asset Support
- Support light copywriting needs across web, email, and social, including FAQ updates, short-form copy, and content revisions.
- Maintain and update FAQs and event information to ensure accuracy across platforms, and disseminate finalized information to the customer service team to support inbound inquiries.
- Source logos and imagery from approved platforms including Getty, AP, Greenfly, and partner libraries.
- Resize, repurpose, and format assets for various channels and placements as needed.
Ticketing & Event Systems
- Manage day-to-day administration of event ticketing and registration systems, including schedules, talent images, FAQs, event details, ongoing updates, and report generation.
- Create and distribute coupon codes in bulk for promotions, partners, and internal requests.
- Oversee credential approval workflows within the credential management system and assist with ad hoc credentialing needs as required.
Marketing Operations Support
- Assist with last-minute deck formatting and polish.
- Support reporting by tracking promo code usage, affiliate link performance, and social engagement trends.
- Maintain organized folders, asset libraries, and shared calendars across campaigns.
Partner Marketing Fulfillment
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing deliverables promised to partners.
- Ensure cross-promotions, asset trafficking, approvals, and timelines are delivered on time and to spec.
- Track fulfillment of all contractual marketing obligations.
Social Publishing & Influencer Logistics
- Execute approved social posts across platforms including scheduling, publishing, tagging, and basic optimization.
- Support influencer and affiliate campaigns by distributing tickets, tracking deliverables, setting up links, executing contracts, and managing reporting.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, event marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms and CRM or email tools (SFMC preferred).
- Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for basic asset formatting and resizing.
- Comfortable with cross-team collaboration, vendor communication, and deadline-driven execution.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ownership mindset.
