Marketing Associate (Hybrid – New Jersey)
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Jersey. The Marketing Associate will support the marketing team by assisting with market research, coordinating marketing campaigns, creating sales materials, and managing projects to promote the company's products. The role also involves regular collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effective communication strategies.
This position requires a creative, organized, and data-driven marketer who is comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and food-related initiatives by developing integrated marketing programs aligned with brand objectives, sales priorities, and retail calendars.
- Manage social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking to grow reach and engagement.
- Oversee content creation including photos, videos, and recipes by coordinating photoshoots, video production, and recipe development to support digital, social, and in-store marketing needs.
- Develop POS materials and in-store promotions such as signage, recipe cards, displays, and branded giveaways to support retail partners and drive in-store visibility.
- Coordinate graphic design needs by working with internal resources or external vendors to produce advertisements, social graphics, promotional collateral, and marketing assets.
- Support digital advertising for ecommerce platforms by assisting with campaign setup, optimization, budgeting, and day-to-day platform management.
- Track and report campaign performance by monitoring key metrics, analyzing results, and delivering monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support influencer programs and media relations by assisting with influencer outreach, coordination, and brand partnerships, as well as media placements when applicable.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, leadership, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Take on additional marketing responsibilities as needed to support overall marketing goals and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage various stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in market research and the ability to analyze consumer trends and competitor activities.
- Basic understanding of sales and experience supporting sales initiatives.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, including campaign creation and brand strategy.
- Project management skills, including the ability to track multiple deadlines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the kosher food or retail industry.
Compensation
$65,000–$75,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus.
