Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wholesale Sales Assistant, based in New York, United States. The Wholesale Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth order processing. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, tracking inventory, coordinating with retailers, preparing sales reports, and assisting with showroom appointments and events.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in Customer Service with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales proficiency and the ability to contribute towards meeting team sales goals
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage inventory, appointments, and tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with the fashion industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software or CRM applications is preferred
