Summit RV is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented individual to join our growing and fast-paced Internet Sales and Marketing Team as an Internet Product Specialist and Marketing Team Member.
In this role, you will be the go-to for the buyer regarding their future camper. You will assist the customer with questions regarding prospective RVs in a timely manner. Your primary goal will be to build a relationship with each customer in hopes of giving them the best experience in purchasing an RV online. Training on product knowledge will be provided. This is an entry level position within a dealership where there is room to grow your career.

- Answer customer inquiries and establish appropriate follows-up.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and text message inquiries using phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure best customer service and experience.
- Utilize computer and other tracking systems daily.
- Diligently and accurately record prospective customer's information.
- Assist customers both virtually and in person throughout the purchase process.
- Take photos and shoot video as assigned.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Training on verbiage for each type of phone call, text or email as well as extensive product knowledge will be provided.

- At least one previous role based in customer service experience.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
