Position Overview
ACP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Finance Associate to support management reporting, day-to-day operations, and administrative responsibilities across a portfolio of internally managed properties.
The Associate will work closely with senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required), Adobe, Yardi (a plus), and relevant AI tools
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and independently
- Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $68,000 + discretionary bonus
