About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Assistant to help execute client work and keep campaigns running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role that blends operations and creative support. You’ll be involved in everything from responding to leads and managing client requests to launching campaigns, editing videos, and writing ad copy.
This is not a purely creative role. We’re looking for someone who can handle real responsibility, stay organized, and execute quickly.

What You’ll Do
• Respond to leads and support appointment-setting conversations
• Manage day-to-day client requests and communication
• Upload and manage campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
• Help monitor and improve marketing systems (CRM, automations, workflows)
• Identify and fix issues across funnels, messaging, or tracking
• Edit short-form video content for ads and social media
• Write ad copy and captions for campaigns
• Support content posting and general marketing tasks
• Assist with reporting, data tracking, and performance monitoring
What We’re Looking For
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Strong communication skills (clear, direct, and reliable)
• Comfortable learning and using new tools (CRM systems, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving ability — able to figure things out without constant direction
• Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Ability to write clear, effective ad copy (doesn’t need to be perfect, just solid)
• Detail-oriented and able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in marketing, advertising, or operations
Nice to have:
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools
• Experience in a marketing agency or client-facing role
Compensation & Growth
• $20/hour to start (20–30 hours/week)
• Clear path to $25/hr+ and full-time within 60–90 days for the right person
• Performance-based growth and increased responsibility over time
