Temper And Forge is hiring a Marketing Account Manager to support and help manage ongoing marketing client relationships across SEO, paid media, and digital growth engagements.
This is a hybrid role based in the Seattle area. Candidates must be located in or near Seattle and available for periodic in-person collaboration, strategy sessions, and team meetings.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving client environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, presentations, and helping projects move forward while supporting both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Support ongoing client communication across marketing accounts
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, timelines, follow-ups, and recurring deliverables
- Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Assist with monthly reporting and performance recap organization
- Help manage internal project coordination between strategists, designers, developers, and leadership
- Maintain organization across tasks, deadlines, approvals, and client requests
- Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and consistently communicated with
- Assist with onboarding new marketing clients and organizing account documentation
- Help monitor project momentum and identify potential blockers or delays
- Support overall client retention through strong communication and responsiveness
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, client success, marketing support, or agency operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable building presentations and organizing client-facing materials
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or agency workflows preferred
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, Notion, or similar project management platforms preferred
- Professional, calm, and proactive communication style
