Job description
We’re looking for a Media Coordinator to support the execution, tracking, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns across various channels. This is a hands-on role for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in media buying.
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic creative to media partners and manage campaign deadlines.
- Organize and maintain campaign materials, contracts, and proof-of-performance files.
- Request and evaluate outdoor inventory; prepare clear decks with options, pricing, and placement strategies.
- Assist with campaign setup, reporting, and digital performance tracking.
- Conduct research on media opportunities, audience behavior, and industry trends.
- Support clients, vendors, and internal teams with communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain billing charts, monthly invoices, and general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in media, advertising, marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
