The Investment Associate will work closely with senior investors and portfolio company leadership across the full lifecycle of an investment, from initial evaluation through execution and ongoing support. Investment Associate - Responsibilities
The Investment Associate will be responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting active portfolio companies. Core responsibilities for the Investment Associate include:
- Analyzing potential investments through market research, business diligence, and financial modeling
- Building operating models, valuation analyses, and return scenarios
- Supporting due diligence efforts, including coordination with advisors and review of diligence materials
- Preparing investment summaries, internal memos, and presentation materials
- Assisting with portfolio monitoring, KPI tracking, and strategic analysis for existing investments
Investment Associate - Execution & Portfolio Support
In addition to transaction support, the Investment Associate will participate in:
- Management calls, diligence meetings, and select portfolio company initiatives
- Ongoing performance analysis and reporting for portfolio companies
- Ad hoc strategic and operational projects in partnership with senior team members

Investment Associate - Qualifications
Successful candidates for the Investment Associate role will typically have:
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, consulting, or a similar analytical role

- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
