About the Role
The Marketing Designer will support a small, fast-moving marketing team with a focus on visual content creation and digital execution. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong design sensibility and a genuine interest in how brands communicate visually across digital channels. The right candidate is comfortable jumping between projects, taking direction, and bringing creative initiative to whatever comes up.
Responsibilities
- Video Production: Edit and produce short-form video content for social media using After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Digital Asset Management: Upload, organize, and maintain images within the company DAM system, applying accurate tagging and metadata
- Website Updates: Add and update product listings and content in WordPress, maintaining accuracy and visual consistency
- Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social, and web
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and logistics of marketing events
- Ad Hoc Projects: Take on creative and production tasks as they arise, with a flexible and solutions-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in design, visual communications, or marketing with a strong visual focus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with video editing experience in After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere Pro
- Experience with WordPress
- Familiarity with DAM systems or strong organizational instincts around file and asset management
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a small team environment where priorities can shift
