Salary Range: $82,000 to 110,000 per year
By adhering to Connecticut State Law, pay ranges are posted. The pay rate will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge of position and comparison to others who are already in this role within the company.

PACT MSO Central Business Office is seeking a Epic Analyst. The position is located in our Branford office location but must be able to travel to different Division locations. This position does not work from home.
Summary
The Epic Analyst works under the direction of the EHR Director to design, build, & test clinical systems for PACT. They support workflow analysis, design and build sessions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders and subject matter experts. They complete in depth and precise data gathering, reviewing such data to evaluate application functionality of upgrades to determine alternate outcomes. Understanding the Epic software platform with in-depth detail is a critical skill for this position.
Essential Functions
- Analyze, design, build, and configure Epic system components based on organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand current workflows to recommend improvements.
- Participate in project planning, design sessions, decision-making and status updates on ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all departments and divisions to support new business processes and regulatory changes.
- Build, test, and maintain the application functionality across various healthcare specialties.
- Run benchmark reports and analytics.
- Build application enhancements and evaluate system upgrades.
- Analyze and test various workflows prior to enhancement implementation and system upgrade releases
Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrates strong knowledge and proficiency of the Epic EHR platform.
- Experience in EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart, or Cadence platforms a plus.
- Prior Epic build experience, certification or accreditation a plus.
- Strong complex problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive and anticipates issues.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience in an EHR support role
- 5 years of experience in a dedicated EHR analyst role
