Job Overview:
Azazie is looking for a Social Media Production Assistant to support the production side of our social media & paid ads content operations. In this role, you’ll work directly alongside our Social Media Content & Editing Specialist to keep shoots running smoothly, talent booked and confirmed, vendors paid, and all content organized and ready to go. You’re the person who makes sure everything behind the scenes is buttoned up so the creative work can shine.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on production environment. You should be comfortable coordinating across multiple vendors and talent, managing timelines, and jumping in wherever needed — whether that’s steaming samples before a shoot or chasing down a signed agreement. A passion for fashion and an eye for quality content are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Shoot & Production Coordination
- Assist with all aspects of content shoot logistics, including scheduling, location coordination, and day-of production support.
- Prep samples for shoots by steaming, organizing, and ensuring all merchandise is camera-ready and accounted for.
- Help set up and break down shoot environments, ensuring everything runs on time and according to the creative brief.
- Track and manage sample inventory, coordinating pulls, returns, and shipments as needed.
Talent & Vendor Management
- Help book talent (influencers, models, content creators) for shoots and campaigns, coordinating schedules and confirming availability.
- Send and track contracts, agreements, and releases, ensuring all paperwork is signed and filed before production begins.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely payment processing, following up on invoices and keeping financial records organized.
- Serve as a point of contact for talent and vendors on logistics, call times, deliverables, and any day-of needs.
Content Organization & Asset Management
- Organize, label, and archive all raw and edited content from shoots, ensuring assets are easily accessible for all departments.
- Maintain an organized content library so that all photos, videos, and assets are cataloged and ready for publishing.
- Help ensure all content is properly formatted, named, and delivered to the team on schedule.
- Track content status from production through delivery, flagging any gaps or delays to the Content & Editing Specialist.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain production calendars, shoot schedules, and vendor contact lists, keeping all documentation current and accessible.
- Help compile recaps and status updates on production timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor and restock production supplies and coordinate any equipment or prop needs for upcoming shoots.
Note: These duties are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed and are not exhaustive. The company reserves the right to modify duties and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track contracts, assets, and inventory
- Excellent communication skills for working with talent, vendors, and internal teams
