Job DescriptionFrank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. Known for our modern design and sustainability-minded approach, we’ve been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and more.
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This is a dual-natured role that sits at the intersection of visual execution and operational precision — perfect for someone who can move between crafting beautiful on-brand assets and keeping our sample and production workflows running like clockwork. If you’re a sharp, detail-obsessed creative who loves variety and thrives in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to meet you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Design and produce on-brand visual assets across email, social media, and paid advertising channels, maintaining a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic
- Resize, adapt, and reformat creative assets for use across multiple platforms and formats, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout
- Support the marketing team in executing campaign visuals from brief to delivery
- Assist with basic photo editing and light retouching as needed — experience here is a plus but not essential
- Maintain organized design file libraries and asset archives, ensuring all creative is version-controlled and easy to locate
- Stay across Frank Darling’s visual identity guidelines and flag any inconsistencies in how the brand is presented across touchpoints
Marketing Sample & Production Coordination
- Own the end-to-end management of jewelry samples used in marketing photoshoots — including logging, tracking, dispatching, and safe return of all pieces
- Maintain meticulous sample records, ensuring every item is accounted for at every stage of the production process
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners (CAD, workshop, photographers, studios, stylists) to coordinate sample logistics ahead of shoots
- Flag any sample discrepancies, damage, or delays proactively and work to resolve issues quickly
- Support shoot preparation by pulling and organizing samples according to shot lists and creative briefs
- Help develop and improve sample management processes over time as the team and shoot schedule scales
Requirements and Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in a graphic design or creative production role, ideally within a brand, agency, or DTC environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- A strong visual eye and understanding of brand consistency — you notice when something looks off
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in a fast-moving, multi-project environment
- Experience with or strong interest in sample coordination, production logistics, or shoot support
- A proactive, can-do attitude — you’re comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your remit
- Familiarity with social media formats and digital advertising specs across Meta, Instagram, and Pinterest is a plus
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle is preferred but not required
