The Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Operations Administrator to support our commercial team across sales, marketing, compliance, and customer operations.
This role sits at the center of the business—supporting distributor relationships, the administration of the three-tier system, and supporting day-to-day tasks across our commercial strategy.
Our customer base is multifaceted, spanning distributors, consumers, and co-packing clients, which means this role requires someone who can adapt across different types of relationships, priorities, and workflows. What You’ll Do
Sales & Distributor Support
- Support communication with distributors and sales partners
- Help prepare sales materials including presentations, pricing sheets, and account submissions
- Assist with forms and documentation for retail and chain buyers
Compliance & Regulatory Administration
- Help with state product registrations and compliance filings
- Prepare monthly shipping and depletion reports
Customer Orders & Account Support
- Enter and track customer and distributor orders in our system
- Monitor customer service emails for distributors, consumers, and co-packing clients
Marketing & Promotional Support
- Assist with online marketing initiatives including email campaigns and social media
- Support promotional efforts such as shipping samples and ordering promotional materials
- Help with event coordination, trade shows, and brand activations
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records across sales, compliance, and customer accounts
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Support projects and help improve team processes
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to jump in and learn
Interest in the beverage alcohol industry
