Retail Sales Coordinator
Reports To: Vice President of Sales (Retail)
Location: Remote U.S.
Compensation: $65,000 base salary + bonus

About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to support the execution and operations behind our growing retail and distribution footprint. This role is focused on ensuring seamless item setup, order management, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution across key retail and distribution partners.
You will play a critical role in enabling speed to shelf, maintaining strong customer relationships, and building scalable internal processes as we continue to grow. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is excited to take ownership of key operational functions that directly impact revenue and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
- Own retailer and distributor portals (Whole Foods, HEB, UNFI, Kroger), ensuring accurate and timely item setup, pricing updates, and promotional execution
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for OneWorldSync and Broker portal (i.e. Marsham), managing product content, images, attributes, and retailer compliance requirements
- Lead end-to-end item setup and maintenance, ensuring speed to shelf for new items, LTOs, and distribution gains
- Manage the purchase order (PO) lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with supply chain to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment
- Act as a key point of contact for customer order inquiries, resolving issues related to shortages, delays, and discrepancies
- Coordinate and execute sample orders to support buyer meetings, category reviews, and new distribution opportunities
- Support the sales team with customer submissions, forms, and documentation, enabling efficient and effective sell-in
- Execute pricing and promotional programs within customer systems, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and on-time activation
- Partner with Sales and Finance to monitor and resolve pricing or promotional discrepancies
- Take ownership of responsibilities previously managed by brokers, building internal execution capability and accountability
- Document and standardize processes and best practices across all customer platforms and workflows
- Act as a central liaison across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment on item launches, inventory, pricing, and order flow
- Proactively identify and resolve executional risks that could impact distribution, sales, or customer relationships
- Track and report on key operational metrics, including item setup status, order accuracy, and on-time/in-full (OTIF) performance
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase speed, and reduce errors
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer operations, supply chain, or a related function (CPG experience preferred)
- Experience working with retailer and distributor portals (e.g., Whole Foods, Kroger, UNFI, HEB) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with item setup platforms such as OneWorldSync or similar systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, less structured environment and adapt as priorities shift
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability—willing to roll up your sleeves and execute
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and general systems navigation
- Experience supporting order management, pricing, promotions, or customer-facing operations is a plus
